Ein kostenloser Netzwerksniffer ist Ethereal (http://www.ethereal.com/distribution/win32/). Er benötigt den WinPcap-Treiber (http://netgroup-serv.polito.it/winpcap/).
Ein Programm, um RealVideos in AVI zu wandeln heißt Tinra (http://evc.to/tinra/). Achtung: Ich weiß ich nicht, ob es legal ist!
